Interactive CRS agenda application created in partnership with Country Aircheck now available for smartphone users

(Nashville, Tenn. – Feb. 23, 2011)  Country Radio Seminar 2011 is providing more social media options to its attendees this year and offering a new interactive agenda smartphone application, created in partnership with Country Aircheck.

The CRS 2011 application, or “app,” provides seminar attendees with an expanded CRS agenda, featuring panel descriptions, speaker bios, live performances, post-CRS nightlife activities and a map of downtown Nashville.  Users can create their own customized CRS schedule, rate the panels and post updates and reviews directly to their social media profiles.

“The new CRS app integrates all things CRS into your smartphone,” says CRB Executive Director Bill Mayne.  “I think our attendees will quickly appreciate all of the enhanced features this app offers, without having to carry around multiple schedules and agendas to find out where they want to go or how to get there.  It’s all right here in the palm of your hand.”

The CRS 2011 app is currently available for download on all iPhone and Android platforms, with a Blackberry version coming soon.  Download the Android application here and the iPhone app here.

“Last year, Country Aircheck partnered with the CRB to create the CRB-CA Awards, and this year, we're proud to work with the CRB in delivering CRS 2011 registrants the seminar's first ever smartphone app,” says Country Aircheck’s Lon Helton.  “Every session, every panelist, and every after-hours event is included, so everyone can customize their week to maximize their CRS 2011 experience.  It's cool, it's easy - and it's on your phone!”

CRS 2011 is also upgrading its on-site social media initiatives.  Throughout the three-day seminar, CRB will post Facebook and Twitter updates from the Convention Center about panel highlights, artist performances, special guests and more.  Ongoing video blogs from CRS 2011 will be posted at CRB.org.

CRS 2011 is held March 2-4, 2011, in downtown Nashville, Tenn.  For more information, visit www.CRB.org.

CRS 2010 Attendance Numbers Up 3.5 Percent

New CRB Officers, Board Members Announced

Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.® has announced the attendance figures for CRS 2010, reflecting a 3.5 percent increase over 2009 Country Radio Seminar attendance numbers.

This year’s CRS 2010 total attendance was 2,181, with 1,576 full registrants (attendees, exhibitors, panelists and sponsors) and 605 participant registrants.  Participant registrants represent attendees that register for individual events or single day passes, but not the full three-day seminar.  Last year’s CRS 2009 total attendance was 2,106.

"We are extremely pleased that CRS 2010 not only met our expectations, but exceeded them this year in many ways,” says CRB interim Executive Director Bill Mayne.  “The attendance, sponsorship, participation, and enthusiasm were especially heartening.  The level of artist talent was stellar, and the radio agenda panels were thought provoking and relevant.  We were encouraged to see the Country Radio industry really get behind this year’s seminar, and our attendance figures show that.  Every participant had the opportunity to walk away with valuable resources, relationships and ideas, and we look forward to continuing to improve the CRS experience as we move forward with this event for many more years to come.”

Several changes to the CRS agenda committee and CRB board of directors have been announced, including the creation of an additional CRS Co-Vice Chair position.

The newly elected CRB board officers and CRS agenda committee members are as follows:

CRB President: Mike Culotta (WQYK, Tampa, Fla.)
CRB Vice President: R.J. Curtis (Arista Nashville, Nashville, Tenn.)
CRB Secretary: Carole Bowen (WKIS, Miami, Fla.)
CRB Treasurer: Jeff Walker (The AristoMedia Group, Nashville, Tenn.)
CRS 2011 Agenda Chair: John Paul (Dial Global, Denver, Colo.)
CRS 2011 Co-Vice Chair: Clint Marsh (Talking Stick Communications, Warsaw, Ind.)
CRB 2011 Co-Vice Chair: Annie Sandor (Curb Records, Nashville, Tenn.)

“We feel it’s important to emphasize the sales side of Country radio at CRS 2011, so we have added another Vice Chair position to our agenda committee,” says Agenda Chair John Paul.  “With the addition of Clint Marsh, we now have a Vice Chair who comes from the General Manager side of things, while the other Vice Chair, Annie Sandor, comes from the label/promotion side.  With my experience in programming, we have nearly every angle of our business covered as we begin planning CRS 2011.”

The newly elected CRB board members are Jim Asker (All Access, Nashville, Tenn.) and Charlie Morgan (Emmis Communications, Indianapolis, Ind.).  Both will serve three-year terms on the CRB board, along with re-elected members Becky Brenner, Joel Burke, Mike Dungan, Renee Leymon, Mike McVay, Joel Raab and John Zarling.

Continuing their terms on the CRB board are: Tom Baldrica, Carole Bowen, Natalie Conner, John Crenshaw, Mike Culotta, R.J. Curtis, David Haley, Clay Hunnicutt, Keith Kaufman, Scott Lindy, Bill Macky, Michael Osterhout, Royce Risser, Denise Roberts, Tim Roberts, John Shomby, Jeff Walker and Rusty Walker.

Newly elected CRB President Mike Culotta summed up CRS 2010 this way. “Wow!  What a vivacious, energetic Country Radio Seminar we had this year!  I think it proves that when we work together as an industry, even during these challenging times, there's nothing this event can't accomplish.  I've always been a huge believer in CRS, and we all need to believe in it now more than ever. Let’s continue to grow through learning and innovation, because that’s what distinguishes leaders from followers.”

CRB, Inc.® Announces Artist and Radio Humanitarian Award Winners at CRS 2010

CRB, Inc.® Announces Artist and Radio Humanitarian Award Winners at CRS 2010

On Wednesday, Feb. 24, Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. handed out its 2010 Artist Humanitarian, Radio Humanitarian and Tom Rivers Humanitarian Awards at CRS 2010.

This year’s CRB Artist Humanitarian Award was presented to Trace Adkins.  Since 2002, Adkins has worked closely with the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN), the world’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to educating others about potentially life-threatening food allergies.  Adkins’ daughter, Brianna, was diagnosed with severe food allergies when she was nine months old.  Adkins became a National Spokesperson for FAAN in 2005 and has also served as the organization’s National Honorary Chair of FAAN's Walk for Food Allergy.  The Country star appeared on “The Celebrity Apprentice” in 2008 in an effort to raise money for the foundation and supported legislation sponsored by U.S. Senators Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker that would help schools protect the more than 2.2 million children nationwide who suffer from food allergies.

In 1990, CRB instituted the Artist Humanitarian Award, which was first presented during CRS-21.  Past honorees include Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Garth Brooks, Charlie Daniels and Kenny Rogers.  Last year’s recipient, Randy Owen, presented Adkins with the award on Wednesday morning at the Artist and Radio Humanitarian Awards Presentation during CRS.

The CRB Radio Humanitarian Awards, sponsored by Radio Ink, are presented to full-time Country radio stations for their efforts to improve the quality of life for communities they serve.  The 2010 awards are presented to stations in three categories: Large (markets 1-50), Medium (markets 51-130), and Small (markets 131+) for public service performed November 1, 2008 - December 31, 2009.

Large Market Winner: 97.3 WGH, Norfolk-Hampton Roads, Va.
Eagle 97.3 has been a part of the Country Cares For St. Jude Kids program for the past 18 years.  Each year, the station partners with the Center for Child and Family Services to raise funding with the “Country for Kids Concert” and also serves as an integral part in many local homecoming celebrations for troops returning from deployment around the world.  The station is also involved with the Susan G. Komen programs, Feed the Hungry Union Mission, March of Dimes, Hampton Roads Crimeline and countless other community service programs to benefit their community.

Medium Market Winner: 103.7 KXKT, Omaha, Neb.
KXKT KAT 103.7 has been an integral part of the Omaha community for more than 16 years.  With the help of their loyal listeners, they raised more than 1.3 million dollars for more than 50 different charities.  Their involvement provides major funding for Children’s Hospital of Omaha, The Salvation Army, The Foodbank for the Heartland, Nebraska Organ Recovery Program, YMCA, Toys for Tots, Heart Association, The Nebraska Children’s home and many more.

Small Market Winner: 99.9 WKSF, Asheville, NC
99.9 WKSF Kiss Country gives back to their listeners and local charities by raising funds for Mission Children’s Hospital, Toys For Tots, Western Carolina Rescue Mission, Local Hospice, The Tye Blanton Foundation, Humane Society, The First Life Organization, March of Dimes, and many more. In 2009, they contributed to more than 70 charities, raising more than 1 million dollars.

This year’s Tom Rivers Humanitarian Award went to George G. Beasley, noted radio broadcaster, educator and founder of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc.  Located in Naples, Fla., Beasley Broadcast Group owns and operates 42 radio stations in 11 large and mid-sized markets, including five markets with Country-formatted stations.  Beasley was inducted into the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 1998 after receiving the prestigious Distinguished Broadcaster of North Carolina Award.  In 2003, he received the Broadcast Pioneer Award from the Broadcasters Foundation and was recently honored with the addition of the George G. Beasley Broadcasting Complex to the Appalachian State University campus in Boone, NC.  Prior to his radio career, Beasley was a schoolteacher, principal and 16-year member of the Wayne County Board of Education in Goldsboro, NC.

The intent of the Tom Rivers Humanitarian Award, given at the discretion of the Country Radio Broadcasters Board of Directors, is to recognize an individual in the Country Radio industry who has displayed a magnanimous spirit of caring and generosity in service to their community.  The award is given when the board feels an individual, through outstanding service, warrants the recognition.

It is presented in honor of CRB Board member Tom Rivers, who died March 19th 2004 at age 38 of bronchial asthma. Rivers, known for his work at WQYK, Tampa/St. Petersburg and WUSN, Chicago, was highly regarded for his exemplary public service.

Dierks Bentley to Perform at 2010 Country Music DJ and Radio Hall of Fame Induction

Dierks Bentley to Perform at 2010 Country Music DJ and Radio Hall of Fame Induction

Performance to honor Brooks & Dunn

Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. has announced Dierks Bentley will perform at the 2010 Country Music DJ and Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 6 p.m. in the Nashville Convention Center.

Bentley will perform an acoustic tribute to Brooks & Dunn, who will receive CRB’s Career Achievement Award at the ceremony and dinner held inside the Renaissance Ballroom.  The legendary duo plan to retire after their “Last Rodeo” tour ends in August 2010.

A longtime fan of Brooks & Dunn, Bentley traveled Down Under to tour with the pair in May 2009 on their Australian tour.  On the closing night of their tour in Sydney, both Brooks & Dunn and Bentley were awarded the CMA’s International Artist Achievement Award for their contributions to Country music outside the United States.

“Kix and Ronnie are the original modern day honkytonkers.  A lot of acts playing down on Lower Broadway try to emulate those guys,” said Bentley. “When we toured together, I watched their show every night from side-stage in total awe of the number of hits they’ve had and what they’ve built over the last few decades.  They’ve done it all.  I still can’t believe they’re about to retire.  In true B&D fashion, I have no doubt they’ll go out in a BIG way and leave us wanting more.  I’m honored the CRB asked me to help recognize them and their huge contribution to our format.”

Adds R.J. Curtis, Chairman of the Country Music DJ and Radio Hall of Fame, “Dierks Bentley is one of Country’s brightest young stars, and an artist that certainly appreciates the legacy that Brooks & Dunn has left for others to follow.  We expect Dierks to give an entertaining and fitting performance as we honor Brooks & Dunn with our Career Achievement Award.”

Selected Radio Stations to Broadcast Live From CRS 2010 Exhibit Hall

Selected Radio Stations to Broadcast Live From CRS 2010 Exhibit Hall

Radio stations from across the country will broadcast live from Country Radio Seminar 2010 in the exhibit hall area, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 24, and continuing through Friday, Feb. 26, 2010.

The Morris Radio Group, of parent company Morris Communications, will send crews from its following Country-format stations to CRS this year:  KGNC (Amarillo, TX), KBRJ (Anchorage, AK), KYEZ (Salina, KS), WIBW (Topeka, KS), KAYO (Wasilla, AK) and KKRV (Wenatchee, WA).

“It's impressive to see the entire Morris Group of Country stations, from Kansas to Alaska and from the Texas Panhandle to Washington, making the most of CRS,” says radio consultant Jaye Albright.  “These broadcasts will give their listeners the ability to experience some of the entertaining and educational aspects of CRS and hopefully set a trend, as more stations take advantage of this opportunity at future Country Radio Seminars.”

John Windus, from KKRV in Wenatchee, WA, will facilitate interview requests for each of the stations.

Says Windus, “Nashville and CRS are so special because it's the only time during the year that we can connect our listeners with so many of their favorite artists.  The accessibility to artists that the labels provide remains unique to our format and is one of our ‘secret weapons.’  What the Morris Group is doing is special too, because we're not just attending seminars, we're also bringing listeners to the party.”

Other station participants also expressed their excitement and appreciation at the opportunity to broadcast live at CRS 2010.

“97.9 KGNC-FM, Amarillo's Country Leader, will be broadcasting mornings and afternoons from CRS,” said Tim Butler, KGNC Program Director.  “We are happy to be a part of this great opportunity afforded us by the CRB, AristoMedia and Morris Communications.  It will be great to bring a taste of Nashville and CRS live to our listeners in the Texas Panhandle.”

Eddie Maxwell of 100.9 FM/KAYO said, “It is an honor and a privilege to be able to broadcast from the home of Country music, Nashville, Tennessee.  We appreciate the CRB for being so gracious as to allow us the opportunity to broadcast from the greatest gathering of like-minded people, country programmers.”

Adds Chad Allen, KYEZ 93.7 Program Director, “Y93.7 will share the stories as we discover new artists and music, as well as reconnect with our favorites.  We'll bring the CRS excitement to our listeners not only on the air, but through our website as well.”

Exhibitors already announced for CRS-2010 include Avid Path, Ad Mall, Country Fastball, Operation Troop Aid, Moby in the Morning and Radiolicious.

For more information about CRS, visit www.CRB.org.

About Morris Radio Group:
The Morris Radio broadcast operation originated with two stations in Amarillo, Texas, and two stations in Topeka, Kansas, which were acquired in 1995 with the purchase of Stauffer Communications. The Morris broadcast division came into its own in 1997 and 1998 with the respective purchases of the Desert Radio Group in Palm Springs, Calif., and Pioneer Broadcasting of Washington state. The seven California stations, 13 stations in Alaska and Washington state, and the 2004 purchase of six additional stations from EBC, Inc., of Salina, Kansas, grew the company's total broadcast holdings to 33 stations and two networks.  Visit www.MorrisComm.com for more information.

After MidNite’s Blair Garner to Co-Host Digital Rodeo’s “Guilty Pleasures” Show Following CRS 2010 New Faces Show

After MidNite’s Blair Garner to Co-Host Digital Rodeo’s “Guilty Pleasures” Show Following CRS 2010 New Faces Show

DigitalRodeo.com and CRB, Inc.® have announced After MidNite’s Blair Garner as a co-host of this year’s Digital Rodeo Guilty Pleasures Show, held Feb. 26, 2010, at Cadillac Ranch during CRS 2010.

Garner will host segments of the show, as well as gather content for his website and nationally syndicated radio program, After MidNite with Blair Garner.   The Guilty Pleasures show will kick off at 10 p.m. or immediately following the CRS New Faces of Country Music® Show and Dinner at the Nashville Convention Center, whichever comes first.

“I heard about Digital Rodeo’s event last year during CRS, so I was already intrigued by the chance to see and hear so many artists perform their ‘guilty pleasure’ songs,” says Garner.  “But, when I got the invitation to host, it was really a no-brainer.  First, because it’s going to be a blast, but also because of the opportunity to get to see some rare performance moments with these artists in such a unique environment.”

The “Guilty Pleasures” theme encourages artists to choose and perform cover versions of one of their favorite songs from any artist, across any genre of music.   Last year’s show featured performances from artists including Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Jimmy Wayne, Julianne Hough, James Otto, Jamie O’Neal, Justin Moore, Brady Seals and many more.

“Having a such a respected radio personality like Blair Garner host the show is an incredible thrill for us,” says John Pyne, Digital Rodeo’s Director of Marketing and Promotions.  “We feel like last year’s show was a great success, especially for the first show we had done at Country Radio Seminar.  This year, we have even higher expectations for the show and I know Blair will help bring it to that next level.”

Artists appearing at this year’s Digital Rodeo Guilty Pleasures Show will be announced shortly.  Contact John Pyne at john.pyne@digitalrodeo.com for booking inquiries.  Availability is limited.

Country Radio Seminar 2010 will be held Feb. 24-26 at the Nashville Convention Center in downtown Nashville, Tenn.  For more information about CRS, visit www.CRB.org.

CRB, Inc.® Announces Talent for Capitol Records Nashville Luncheon at CRS 2010

Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.® has announced Eric Church and Emily West as this year’s performers for the Capitol Nashville luncheon during CRS 2010, to be held Feb. 24-26, 2010.

The Capitol Nashville luncheon will be held on Friday, Feb. 26, from noon – 1:50 p.m. in the newly renovated CMA Performance Hall inside the Nashville Convention Center.

"Every year since we launched with Keith Urban in 2001, the Capitol Records Love Lunch has been one of the highest attended events at CRS,” says Capitol Records Nashville President/CEO Mike Dungan.  “This year we are proud to present one of the best live performers in Country music, Eric Church, and a very special artist whose time has come, Emily West.  We hope to see you there!"

“Capitol Records has been a long time supporter of Country Radio Seminar,” adds Bill Mayne, special consultant to CRB and President of Mayne Street Consulting.  “We are thrilled to have Eric Church and Emily West performing at the Capitol Records Nashville luncheon at CRS 2010 this year.”

On-Site Rate registration for Country Radio Seminar 2010 is currently available at www.CRB.org.

About Eric Church:
Eric Church recently released his widely praised sophomore effort, Carolina. The album debuted at #4 on the country charts and yielded the Top 10 single, “Love Your Love the Most” and the current single, “Hell on the Heart,” which is Top 25 and climbing.  Rolling Stone praised the album’s “surging guitars bolstering good-ol’-boy narratives,” and The New York Times declared, “His music puts rock muscle behind honky-tonk and turns ballads into intimate close-ups.” Carolina follows the breakthrough success of Church’s critically acclaimed first effort, Sinners Like Me, which claimed three Top 20 singles and a #1 video. The album earned Church widespread praise from Associated Press, Rolling Stone, People Magazine and The New York Times.  Visit www.EricChurch.com for more information.

About Emily West:
Emily West’s rich, distinctive vocals and smart, emotive songs combined with her energetic and engaging stage presence make her hard to ignore, much like the iconic female country artists – Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette and Loretta Lynn – that she’s always looked up to.  “Emily West is an original,” explains Keith Urban, who is featured on "Blue Sky," the heartbreaking new single that West co-penned with Gary Burr.  The song illustrates the pain from the split of West’s parents after 32 years of marriage.  Visit www.myspace.com/emilywest for more information.

Digital Rodeo Stages Second Annual Wrap Party and Show to Close Out Country Radio Seminar

Digital Rodeo Stages Second Annual Wrap Party and Show to Close Out Country Radio Seminar

Cadillac Ranch to Host Festivities, “Guilty Pleasures” Show

Following the success of last year’s inaugural CRS 40th Anniversary Jam, DigitalRodeo.com has once again partnered with Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.® to stage a unique concert which will unofficially close out CRS 2010.

This year’s event, dubbed the Digital Rodeo Guilty Pleasures Show, will be held Friday, Feb. 26, at Cadillac Ranch in downtown Nashville.  The show is set to kick off at 10:30 p.m. or immediately following the CRS New Faces of Country Music® Show and Dinner at the Nashville Convention Center.

A selection of Nashville’s finest musicians will once again serve as the artists’ backing band.

“Last year’s event was such a huge success that we knew we had to do it again this year,” says Robert Reynolds, DigitalRodeo.com Director of Industry Relations.  “Every artist has a ‘guilty pleasure’ when it comes to music, and this is their opportunity to get up on stage and really cut loose and have some fun.  We’ve expanded the show so that artists can cover any song from any genre, so who knows what we’ll hear this year.  I do know it’s going to be a memorable night with more than a few surprises!”

Adds Sharon Allen, CRB Director of Sponsorship Sales, “The Digital Rodeo event at CRS really ends the seminar on a fun note.  There are very few opportunities for artists to get on stage and perform basically anything they want, so we received a lot of positive feedback last year from the artists in that respect.  And of course, the packed house got to see some of Nashville’s biggest names do something really unique.  It’s definitely one of the CRS live events that people are already talking about this year.”

Artists appearing at this year’s Digital Rodeo Guilty Pleasures Show will be announced in the coming weeks.

Educational Aspects of Country Radio Seminar Offer Attendees 360 Coverage, Extended Value

Educational Aspects of Country Radio Seminar Offer Attendees 360 Coverage, Extended Value

CRB, Inc.® Adds to List of Featured Panelists at CRS 2010

Country Radio Seminar 2010, to be held Feb. 24-26, 2010, has announced an updated list of educational panels and agenda items designed to empower CRS attendees in today’s uncertain economy.

The educational aspects of CRS 2010 provide the kind of invaluable information that can be used long after the three-day seminar has ended.  Starting with the Keynote Address from respected financial authority, Dave Ramsey, CRS 2010 is packed with expert speakers, comprehensive market research and current industry issues designed to educate attendees, regardless of market size or region. Panel topics will cover issues such as getting records played, finding jobs in today’s competitive environment, building revenue streams, avoiding PPM panic, expanding online opportunities and increasing new media effectiveness and profitability.

“There is always a lot of hype surrounding the big name superstars we have performing at CRS events, so sometimes the education aspect of the seminar is overshadowed,” says CRB President Becky Brenner.  “The truth is that the panels, guest speakers and networking opportunities help you walk away with actionable ideas you can implement immediately that will help you succeed.  The Agenda committee works hard to bring you the topics that are most relevant to our industry and the people who you need to build relationships with, particularly when times are tough.”

Newly added panels to the CRS 2010 agenda include: The Radiothon Effect: The Reality of Radiothons (moderated by Lon Helton), The Big Idea: How to Come Up with Long-term Creative Ideas that Sell in a Tough Economy (moderated by Paul Weyland) and Town Hall: The Industry Truth Revealed (moderated by Tony Randall and Kris Rochester with panelists Mike Dungan, John Esposito, Scott Lindy, Larry Wilson and Gretchen Wilson).

Along with previously announced Keynote speaker Dave Ramsey and bestselling author Bob Rosner’s Workplace 911 panel, other can’t-miss educational items include:

CMA’s Prime Prospects Research Presentation and CMA Research Workshop

Label Partnerships  (Skip Bishop and Steve Hodges)

So You Think You Know How to Interview? You’re Wrong! (Craig Morgan, Blair Garner, Garret Doll, Sharla McCoy and Rick “Bubba” Taylor)

The Great Playlist Debate: Can Passive be Passionate?  (Wade Jessen, Jimmy Harnen, Doug Montgomery and John Shomby)

360 Experience: How to Hold Listeners  (Paul Williams and Michael Deputato)

PPM Affects All of Us  (Charlie Cook, Scott Mahalick, and Gary Marince)

Let’s Hear It for the Brand  (Pete Keiser from Cracker Barrel)

Size Doesn’t Matter: Awesome Online (Jennie Smythe, Katie Dean, and Joel Burke)

Radio Stars: Talent Coaching and Development  (Chris Carr and Chris Hansen)

Normal People - Focus Group  (Lance Houston)

CRB, Inc.® has announced that Nashville-based consulting firm, Mayne Street Consulting, will continue to oversee the general operations of Country Radio Broadcasters leading up through CRS 2010 on Feb. 24-26, 2010.

Mayne Street Consulting assists companies in the radio and music industries with strategic planning, marketing, management and artist development opportunities.

“I have served on the Country Radio Broadcasters board for many years, and I am passionate about the future of this organization and the benefit it brings to our industry,” says Mayne Street Consulting President Bill Mayne, a 30-year industry veteran with experience in both radio broadcasting as a programmer and in the music business as a label GM, Promotion VP and artist manager.  “We have a great staff and Board who are committed to serving the interests of our constituents in Country radio and the Country music industry, both now and for the future.”

Adds CRB President Becky Brenner, “During this period of transition, we felt it would be appropriate for the operations of CRB to be overseen by someone that has both significant experience in Country Radio broadcasting and a day-to-day affiliation with our organization.  Bill Mayne was a logical choice to help accomplish that goal and provide CRB with a greater sense of stability leading up to CRS 2010.”
