CRB Executive Director Ed Salamon presented BMI writer Lee Thomas Miller with a certificate of appreciation for "You're Gonna Miss This" at a #1 party held at BMI on June 18, 2008. In making the presentation to Miller, Salamon also commented that the records success on the Billboard Hot 1000 and Pop chart is evidence of exposing new listeners to Country music. Certificates of appreciation to co-writer Ashley Gordon and recording artist Trace Adkins took place earlier that day.
The Country Radio Broadcasters presents this certificate of appreciation to songwriters and artists, on behalf of radio, in recognition of songs which have helped to expand the audience for Country radio.
