Hannity To Keynote Radio Seminar 39
(Nashville, TN - September 24th, 2007) Multimedia broadcaster Sean Hannity will deliver the keynote address at the opening session of next year's Country Radio Seminar ® (CRS-39), which will be held March 5th through March 7th, 2008. The opening session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5th, 2008 at 10:30 a.m.
Hannity spends four hours each day broadcasting to audiences nationally and internationally on radio, television, and the Internet. He hosts The Sean Hannity Show on ABC Radio Networks, which reaches over 500 affiliates nationwide. Additionally, he co-hosts the highly acclaimed Hannity and Colmes show on the Fox News Channel. Most recently, he expanded his reach with the Sunday Night solo show Hannity's America.
Hannity's credentials are impressive. He received Radio & Record's (R&R's) 2007 Industry Achievement Award. Talker's Magazine ranked him #2 in their most recent listing of Top 100 Talk Host in America. In 2003, 2004, and 2005, he was named R&R's National Talk Show Host of the Year.
In addition to his broadcasting skills, Hannity is an acclaimed author with two New York Times best sellers under his belt. "Let Freedom Ring: Winning the War of Liberty over Liberalism" and "Deliver Us From Evil: Defeating Terrorism, Despotism, and Liberalism" spent a combined 22 weeks atop of the prestigious list.
Although this is Hannity's first appearance at The Country Radio Seminar, he is no stranger to country music. Acts such as Charlie Daniels, Montgomery Gentry, LeAnn Rimes, and Colin Raye have served as musical talents for his Freedom Concert Series. He frequently welcomes country artists as musical guests on his television and radio shows, and he uses Martina McBride's "Independence Day" as the introductory theme for his radio broadcast.
Country Radio Broadcaster's President, Becky Brenner of KMPS Seattle comments: "We are thrilled to kick off Country Radio Seminar with a person of Sean Hannity's stature. He has truly lived a broadcasters dream by starting off in a small market like Huntsville, Alabama and graduating to the national platform he is on now reaching millions of people daily. We are confident his keynote will be entertaining, educational, and enlightening."
Hannity's website at www.Hannity.com has become one of the most visited political websites on the Internet with an excess of 20 million page views and over 350,000 unique visitors every month.
